# Method to make Chole Bhature
◾Refined flour 300 grams
◾Semolina (rawa) 50 grams
◾Salt according to taste
◾Curd 2 teaspoons
◾Baking powder less than half teaspoon
◾Oil for frying
◾Water as per requirement
Method for making Bhatura
👉🏿Sieve the flour and semolina in a vessel, now add 2 teaspoons of oil, curd, salt and baking powder and mix well. Make a soft dough with the help of lukewarm water or fresh water.
👉🏿And cover this dough with a cloth or keep it in a polythene bag for 2-3 hours.
👉🏿Put oil in the pan and heat it.
👉🏿Make round balls from the kneaded dough and roll the Bhatura like round Puris. Put the Bhatura in hot oil, press it with a ladle to make it puff up, turn it on both sides and fry till it becomes light brown. Make all the Bhaturas in the same manner.
👉🏿Bhatura is ready, serve it with hot chole, onion and pickle and feed your homemade chole bhatura to everyone.
