In the beginning, in the post-paid plan, the bill will be generated on the 1st of the month and you get 9 days to pay the bill. If you do not pay the bill, then an overdue charge will be levied on it.
Overdue charges will be levied on the 12th 13th and 15th after which your calling will be disconnected. If you do not pay the bill between the 25th and 28th then the company will disconnect your internet connection.
If you have not paid the bill within 60 days, then your service will be completely canceled. You will get a call from the company that your device has been switched off. You should return or surrender your router and setup box to the company.
Note:- If you have postpaid Jio Fiber then you will have to take a continuity plan.
what is the Jio fiber installation installation charges?
Jio fiber Postpaid: has an installation charge for one and two months but there is no installation charge for plans with a duration of 3, 6 and 12 months. There is also no security deposit required for this.
Jio fiber Postpaid plan: There is no installation charge for these plants. When the installation comes, you get only 25 meters of OTG wire. You do not have to deposit a single rupee as security deposit.
